Arizona Historic Plate
What in tarnation? Imagine driving around Desert Ridge, showing some condominiums to some very nice people and you pull behind your first car you had when you were in high school. Then you notice it has a "Historic Vehicle" plate. What kind of sick and twisted DMV employee thinks a '77 car is historic? If the government can't get enough enjoyment out of taxing me to smithereens they find ways to remind me of my age. I have always been a positive individual just happy to wake up each morning not room temperature but c'mon - a '77 oldsmobile?
Twice in the last 4 months I have talked with HVAC guys who swear we should use plain old cheapo filters intead of those expensive 99.9% filtration ones. I am told the cheapo ones are much easier on the moter and will make your AC unit last much longer. Please check with your heating/cooling guy for their take. I am not a heating/cooling guy and don't even try to play one at home. Just passing it along.
Last Wednesday the outside temperature acording to the readout on the Toyota was 76 and sunny. All the windows were down and I had "Jessica" by The Allman Brothers cranked on the radio as I motored down Tatum Blvd. It was January 13 and those of you stuck in the frigid tundra need to know that Arizona is where you should move to. No earthquakes, tornados or (insert your most concerning natural disaster here) to deal with. See you soon.
