The Mirador short sale at 23256 N. 38th Pl closed for $580K in mls yesterday. Tax records have not changed yet but I drove by this morning and the moving truck was in the driveway. I'd like to hire these negotiators as this was done quickly; listed 10.29.09, under contract 10.31.09 and closed 1.29.10. Now that is how it should be done on short sales.
