Aviano Foreclosures
I redid the foreclosure list and the number stays right around 46 which is a little more than 5% of the 902 single family homes here. In discussion with folks that work in the homebuilding industry and Realtors who watch neighborhoods similar to what I do with Aviano, this is actually a pretty good number. Some communities are so overwhelmed with
this problem that the HOA's just shut down. Since 1.21 when I went through it last, 2 homes went to the bank, 1 was paid off, 2 were sold during the short sale process and we had 6 new notices put on the tax records.
The 2 homes that went to the bank were:
22404 N. 39th Ter, a La Bella model.
3814 E. Herrera Dr, a Blanca model.
