Aviano Villages
Adding to the pricing pressure on the normal resale units in the Villages, Toll just
cut prices on the remaining unsold units in the new building 17. One of the 8 price
reductions was not by Toll; the Cerreto unit 1040 reduced price by $15K to $299,900.
Here are the Toll Brothers units and prices left for building 17. Linda and Sally were
busy Sunday inputing all the new prices while at the same time baking those tasty cookies.
