Priced at $568,750 for 4100 sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, with pool, casita and a really cool massive sandbox in the backyard. Great lot location. Homes that are percieved as a value do not last long in Aviano and this home is a good value. Look at the homes that are long term market dwellers and you will find either issues with the home itself or a price that is not in value range or both.
