The sales ladies over at the Villages have closed on another new unit in building 17, a Viera model for $344K. A fully enclosed 3rd floor loft with a full bath make this a 1940 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 bath with a 2 car garage unit. I was just in this unit yesterday and it is very nice. I do hope Mr. Toll comes out and gives these ladies a piggyback ride around the community center as they are beating resale prices by $70K to $100K. Toll is about to break ground on Building 19 which is an interior location.

The bank owned Brezza model at 3984 East Morning Dove Trail sold for $370K. An great example of bank owned properties keeping a lid on price appreciation in Aviano. Built 2005 it has 3364
