David Cassidy & the Christmas CD
As a youth in 6th grade my heart was broken when the girl of my dreams, we'll call her Elvira, was madly in love with David Cassidy and wouldn't give me the time of day. Elvira had a phone number written on the inside of her notebook with a phone number that she could call to listen to a recorded message from David just for her. I have included a Partridge Family song on this years Christmas CD nevertheless in an effort to produce a varied and enjoyable mix of music. But if I ever meet up with that David Cassidy....... Years later I had the chance to meet up with Elvira and that penchant of hers for flashy, pretty but non-substantial boys had done her no favors. But that is a story for another day.

Through a clerical error or the heavy hand of Satan, The Tercera model at 3520 East Expedition Way did not close a couple of days ago. It is now back to pending status awaiting Angels to take it home.

The short sale Lucca model, unit 1358 in building 26 closed for $225K. One of my favorite models it has 1795 sq ft and all the living area is on one floor - the second floor. As close as you can come to a great room floorplan in a condominium.

Numbered after the infamous IRS tax form, Villages Cerreto model, unit 1040 in building 3 sold for $278K which is $181 a sq ft and it was a conventional loan so it had to appraise. Congratulations to all on these great numbers.

After flipping over to sold, the Escalante model at 23013 North 39th Way is now cancelled. New to market 7.21.10, it had a contract but apparantly it fell through 8.30.10. A beautiful home by the description and pictures and location.
