Smaller Homes in Aviano

The short sale Tarragona at 3814 E. Patrick Ln, lot 481 reduced price to $425K or $150 a sq ft.
This will not last long at this price - it has been on the market for 117 days. A corner lot, the powder
room is made into a full bath anf the home is very lightly lived in. True north south orientation with a
good sized backyard waiting for a pool. The Tarragona model has a really large kitchen. At this price
it won't last long.



What didn't last long - 2 days on market - was the Serrentina at 3813 E. Hummingbird Ln. The Realtors
representing this home work with investors who buy these at the trustee sale and put them back on the market. So this is a normal sale and the home was priced at $449,900 or $171 a sq ft. Single level homes always go for a higher price per sq ft. This investor purchase of homes at the trustee sale is a great sign that our micro market is strong and prices are heading in the right direction. The listing is now pending.
