Kathy and I will have a new listing for sale in Aviano soon. It is a Solaria model with almost 2800 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with a lot larger than most Cassia Collection homes. You can throw a rock from the backyard and hit the Boys and Girls Club or the big park. The location is truly in the heart of Aviano and there are no homes behind or on the the North side of the home. More information soon but it will be priced in the very low $400's. I'll be the guy with my feet in one of those foot massage machines. Walking all over Las Vegas and now Aviano delivering the Christmas cd's makes for unhappy archs. Maybe Santa Claus will take me to get a pedicure.

No surprise the bank offered Venado at 3928 E. Williams Drive is now pending. Priced at $579,900 I am sure there were multiple offers. My guess is the sale price will be $610K when the dust settles. You can throw a rock from the backyard of that Solaria we will have for sale and hit this house. And for about $200K less to live right across the street. Williams Drive was paved with beautiful brick pavers when it was the models. Not sure why Toll ripped them all up and put in blacktop. There are now 7 homes for sale in Aviano ranging from $439,900 to $1,595,000.

The short sale with an approved price Montoro at 3823 East Crest Lane is under contract. The approved price was $370,100 but it has to close by mid December so they needed a cash buyer. All fingers crossed they get it done. 2625 sq ft with lots of stonework on the inside, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage.
