A Sleepy Holiday Weekend

This Presidents holiday weekend has been slow in MLS. Here are some of the more notable things that went on:
The Solaria model at 3667 East Louise Drive is for sale for $449,900. This home currently has tenants in it and it is a normal sale. 2841 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 2 car garage. Location is tougher than most as it backs to Deer Valley Road and sides to the entrance at 36th Run from Deer Valley Road. It is upgraded and has a French countryside look to it with nice cabinets, a specially coordinated vent hood, etc.
