Activity Around Desert Ridge
Fairly quiet around the Aviano/Desert Ridge MLS. Some observations:
The sold price for the Terraza investor flip at 3740 East Maffeo Road was changed from $595K to $590,575. This sale was on 10.22.10 so who knows.
Two Toscana sales: Unit 4437 sold for $209K as a short sale. 1468 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 parking spaces in the garage. All cash deal. Unit 4240 was a bank oned property with 1246 sq ft, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and just closed for $225K. Both of these units are on the top floor which beats being on the bottom floor.
DR Horton just sold this brand new Chicago model at 4239 East Knudsen Drive for $396K. 2528 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3 car garage.
