The short sale Tarragona at 3814 E. Patrick Ln just reduced price to $395K or $140 a sq ft. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a 2 car garage in 2831 sq ft. 11.13 is trustee sale date and this is a good price for this home so hopefully they will get a contract soon. 
The bank owned Tercera at 3541 E. Expedition Way sold for $529,900 after being listed for $517,900. A very nice home with upgrades aplenty it has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and a 3 car garage in 4201 sq ft. This tercera also has the bonus room over the garage.

The short sale Solaria at 3817 E. Hummingbird Ln is back to pending after an earlier contract fell throug. 2790 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. a 2 car garage and a spool, massive fireplace and built-in bbq in the backyard. Priced at $439K or $157 a sq ft.
The Venezia model at 3938 E. Daley Ln is now for lease for $3200 a month. 2417 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage. A couple of posts ago I noted that lease prices seemed high and undoubtedly it has everything to do with the time of the year. This is high season and folks want to get the best rate when we have the best weather.

Villages unit 1142. a Fiore model has been taken temporarily off market. Priced for sale at $229K it was also listed for lease at $1100 a month and the lease listing is now pending.
