The average sale price per sq ft for homes in Aviano has been pretty steady this year at $125 for 2 story and $150 for single story. This after including the short sale Borrego at 22805 N. 38th Pl that just
sold for $375K or $110 a sq ft. In need of some tlc, this home was under contract 4.1.09 and closed a quick 7 months later. We now have 78 sales this year with 5 waiting for the tax records to change. 
Now offered as a bank owned home, the Strada at 22325 N. 39th Run is priced at $434,000 or $130 a sq ft. It has slate tile around the tv area wall in the family room, travertine tile on the first floor and around the master bath tub and shower. Master vanity has granite tile. All second floor flooring except for the bedrooms is travertine. Backyard has built-in bbq and fire pit in the backyard that backs to 40th St. Nice stone work on backsplash in the kitchen that goes to the bottom of the cabinets. While not blessed with massive upgrades this is still a very nice home.
