MlS never sleeps and was busy closing listings on Sunday.
The Arrezo model, unit #1100 in building 8 was leased for $1395 a month. Arrezo models have 1490 sq ft on 3 levels with a 2 car garage. 
Toll Brothers closed on the Viera model unit #1387 in building 28 for $327,585 or $169 for each of the 1940 sq ft. Here is the verbiage from the listing:

The San Mateo at 3723 E. Adobe Dr closed for $507K or $149 a sq ft. Omaha pebbles driveway and walkway, 25" offset tile in walkways, large baseboards, custom paint, powder room with tile half way up the wall and concrete columns bracketing the firplace in the living room. Slab granite on master bath vanity with travertine shower and ceramic tile tub surround. Jetted tub in master. This is what the home had on 9.30.08 when I was in it last.
