The Serrentina normal sale - after being bought by investors - closed for $440K. Located at 3813 E. Hummingbird Ln, lot 559.
The normal sale San Mateo at 3723 E. Adobe Dr closed for $507K.
The short sale San Benito at 3960 E. Hummingbird Ln had its listing cancel and has a trustee sale date of 12.2. Last priced at $445K.
