The short sale San Mateo at 3944 E. Nocona Ln, lot 228 reduced price by $30K..... ....16 days after raising the price $30K. So this home is on the market for $695K. 1.28.10 is the trustee sale date. Gas cooktop, staggered cabinets, slab granite in the kitchen and master bath plus a pool in the backyard.


The Tarragona at 3966 E. Herrera Dr was purchased by investors on 11.20, it went on the market yesterday at $429,900 and was under contract in 16 minutes, pending status 8.5 hours later. This was listed by the John Hall guys that represent the investor group that has done 4 or 5 of these this year in Aviano. Investors in our neighborhood proves the market believes in the long term health of Aviano. Congratulations.



The normal sale Solaria at 22319 N. Freemont Rd was taken off the market temporarily yesterday. After 644 days on market it was priced at $550K.


The short sale Mirador listing at 22216 N. 36th St was cancelled Tuesday after 158 tortured days on market. The listing history shows this was under contract a couple of times and fell through. 

There are currently 14 homes for sale in Aviano, 5 in AWC status and 18 in pending status.

An explosion of homes in Aviano for lease; 11 currently ranging in price from $2750 to $5350 a month.

Unit 1145 in the Villages, a bank owned Viera is now priced at $216K. I have been in this unit and it was in fine shape when I saw it. Looks like it has fallen out of contract twice. $216K is a great price for this unit.
