The Velez model at 3991 E. Morning Dove Trail was bought by investors at the auction and is now on the market for $485K. According to the tax records, Aggregated Properties LLC bought the home 11.30.09 for $385K. So this is a normal sale and that should generate some interest.
The Strada model at 3733 E. Robin Ln is also an investor flip but is now under contract. The listing agents have been aggressive in price cuts in order to get this under contract quickly so congratulations.
