Aviano Villages Activity
Aside from a couple of text changes, nothing happened in Aviano single family home MLs for the last 3 days. The Villages had some new listings come on line:
Unit 1040 is a Cerreto model for sale for $289,900. Normal sale.
Unit 1200 is a Lucca model for sale for $295,000. Normal sale.
There are currently 16 condos for sale in mls. One of the first of the new ones in building 18 is for sale - a Piatto model for $309,995. There are 5 or 6 still left for sale in building 17.
