The nice Venezia model at 21910 N. 36th St just sold for $385K or $159 for each of the 2417 sq ft. On the market for 231 days it backs to Black Mountain Blvd and was a short sale. The Venezia model is the 2nd smallest of the small as it it is the Cassia Collection with only the La Villa being smaller at 2341 sq ft. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage. This brings the total sales in Aviano as of early News Years Eve Day to 87. Truly an amazing year. 2010 will be just as fast paced in my opinion.
