This spreadsheet (click here) was provided by Courtney Bourland with First American Title Insurance Company, 20860 N. Tatum Blvd #100 in Phoenix 85050. I really appreciate the time they take to put it together. I am simply amazed by how few, comparatively, sales occur each month in the price range above $400K. On average it is 7% of each months sales. REO sales are bank owned homes and peaked last year in April and May. Short sales showed a growing percentage of sales each month. These numbers are for Maricopa county and come from the Multiple Listing Service.
