Tarragona Models in Aviano

The bank owned Tarragona model at 3968 E. Scout Pass Rd is now on the market for $384,900. You will recall we also have a lender owned Tarragona at 3814 E. Patrick Ln (see below) available for $385K so that must be what the banks figure is fair market value.

The bank owned Blanca at 22811 N. 38th Way is a distinctive home and worth taking a look at. MLS says it has multiple offers and why not when it is priced at $489,900. Enjoy.

3524 E. Expedition Way is the bank owned San Felice and it took a price reduction of $26K to $425K after 123 days on market. There is a pool in the back and a wooden play structure. Nice backsplash in the kitchen and there is a gas stub to the cooktop opening. The landing at the top of the stairs was enclosed so you have 3 secondary bedrooms that share 1 full bath.

The bank owned Serrantina at 3517 E. Robin Ln reduced price to 394,900. This home needs a little tlc but I was surprised at the size of the yard - more spacious than you would think. Tough location will hurt resale.
