3929 E. Herrera Dr had an opening bid of $378K Tuesday at the trustee sale. No one bought this highly modified Solaria and it is now owned by the bank. Average sale price of $140 a sq ft for single story homes this year times 2790 sq ft brings you to $391K. So for an investor there is zero profit after paying 3% to the buyers broker plus fix up costs.
