It was a quiet weekend in the Aviano area but Desert Ridge had some MLS activity:

As of yesterday afternoon there are 44 homes with trustee sale notices in Aviano. That is down from 52 a couple of months ago. 7 homes are owned by the bank; one of those is pending and the other 6 are not on the market.

Last week, initial claims for unemployment benefits rose by 12,000 to 472,000 for the week ending June 12. Continuing claims for the week ending June 5 rose by 88,000 to 4.57 million.
