Around the Ridge
Kind of a rip off if your going to wake up to thunder and lightning but no rain. No complaints though as it seems we have had more than normal according to http://weather.northphoenix.org/ which is a fantastic weather site. 2.62 inches is our normal rain year to date and we have had 4.65 inches so far this year. Of course I could be reading this wrong but we have had good rain so far this year. Yes, I know, they get that in a week in Chicago.

A Brezza at 3986 East Crest Lane for $3000 a month unfurnished. 3364/4/3/2 car garage.
A Venado at 3960 East Navigator Lane for $3600 a month unfurnished. 4165/5/4.5/3 car garage.
There are 14 homes listed as active in Aviano. The real number is 5. 9 are under contract in AWC status and 12 are past the inspection phase and are listed as pending. This 14/9/12 combination has remained very consistant for some time with different homes moving through the progression.
The Shea built home at 4612 East Kirkland Road was a normal sale and just closed for $335K. Constructed in 1997 it has 2408 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, pool and 2 car garage.
For lease on High Street over at City North is a 1053 sq ft unit with one bedroom, 1 bath and 1 parking space in the garage for $1275 a month. When our economy comes back so will this development but until then it is kinda quiet.
