The streets of Aviano were alive with the sound of children playing yesterday. And not one had a jacket, mittens, muffler or stocking cap on. Between now and Easter it is the filet mignon of the weather round table here in Phoenix. March was always the hardest time of the year during the years spent in the Midwest.
