Those of you living in Seattle might not think it is so great but here in Phoenix we are enjoying one of those nice long, non-thunderstorm rain showers. Hopefully this will clean up from that big dust storm last week. Big enough for my parents to call me asking if we were OK. If I were buying it I'd make sure there were no contingencies at all as this is one fine home. Bonus room over the living/dining room, wood flooring throughout the second floor. Upgrades out the wazoo. Great backyard with firepit, pool and just really well done. Canterra stone around fireplace in formal living room. You can just feel the home was well taken care of.
