Aviano and Fireside
Thanks to neighbor Sam for this article. Aviano is very similar to the Washington area described in this article. Buyers that get a daily diet of AZ Republic think everything is discounted only to find lots of interest in this area and sellers who are fairly firm with pricing if it is a normal sale.
How is this for carpet in a home listed for rent? OMG!
A new listing in Aviano for a short sale Anguilla model at 22306 North 36th Street priced at $495K or $128 a sq ft. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 3 car garage. Part of the Mesquite Collection so a big lot with 15,360 sq ft. Backyard faces directly west and front faces east. This is a nice home with a good number of upgrades. Kathy has said she would not mind living in this model if we ever were to move. A 2 story home, it backs to Black Mountain Blvd. I love the wooden banco seating in the kitchen, full height mirrors in the master bath and the stone work on the family room fireplace. Other Anguilla models have made the area over the family room into a second floor playroom but this home has the full, open 2 story feel to this room. ING Bank owns an Anguilla model across the street at 22313 North 36th Street which had a opening bid of $546,753 and no investors/buyers went for it on 5.9.11. That home backs to the east and the large wash that separates 36th Street from 36th Way. There are only 8 Anguilla models in Aviano and this one that just came on the market is very nice. Floorplan
