The lease listing for the Mirador model at 22220 North 36th Street reduced list price by $5. The listing has been on the market for 92 days and was originally listed at $5600 then went to $5900 a month. Since then 15 price changes. 5545 sq ft with 6/4.5/pool/spa and 2 two car garages. Backyard faces west.

The Escalante model at 23106 North 39th Place reduced list price by $9500 to $689,500. This is a very nice home that backs to a wash and has that true resort thing going on in the backyard. Also available for lease at $3400 a month. 3466 sq ft on one level with 5/3.5/pool/spa and 3 car garage.
