A new listing for a Cerreto model in building 12 in The villages at Aviano - unit 1157 - priced at $310K or $201.95 for each of the 1535 sq ft. 3/2.5 and a 2 car garage.

The bank owned Brezza model at 3976 East Robin Lane is now in Pending status. Last priced at $495,900 or $147.41 for each of the 3364 sq ft. Lot is 6686 sq ft. 4/3/pool/spa and 2 car garage.

New to market is the Venado model at 3948 East Navigator Lane priced at $940K or $211.14 for each of the 4452 sq ft. Casita with full bath so 4/4.5 and a 3 car garage. This model  - of all 30 in Aviano - is a true great room model. And you can fit a small 3rd world country in the master shower. A very desireable floorplan. Let me know if you would like to see it.

Battle of the Terraza models in Village 6 in Aviano! New to market is the Terraza model at 23113 North 35th Way priced at $844,900 or $148.59 for each of the 5686 sq ft. Yes it has a basement so 7/4.5/pool and 3 car garage. Just around the corner, the Terraza at 3518 East Nocona Lane reduced price to $950K or $191.26 a sq ft - higher as it has no basement. Basements in Aviano are finished so in Dougland I give them the same weight as other sq ft. And just up the street from 23113 is the Terraza model at 23133 North 35th Way which was under contract but is not anymore and back to active status. Priced at $848K with no basement.

If you must have a Terraza model I have an excellent listing at 3683 East Louise Drive priced at $780K or $168 for each of the 4640 sq ft. Lightly used and comes with a monster pool. Let me know if you would like to see it.

The Savino model at 3931 East Parkside Lane reduced asking price by $100. so now at $683,900.
