Aviano April Statistics
Hopefully no one used some trumped up holiday from another country to go tie one on and party like it's 1999 because 1999 is so over. Hangovers are a poor use of time.
Please check out the updated spreadsheet for solds so far in 2011 located under the Aviano tab on the spreadsheet page. In April there were 6 sales in Aviano bringing our total this year to 27. At this pace we will sell 81 or so before the end of the year. 4 of Aprils sales were short sales, 1 was sold by the bank and 1 was a normal sale/investor flip. All were 2 story homes and the average sale price per sq ft was $115.

I agree with this article and this is the same advice we have given the landlords we have represented. If your looking at a credit report with 23 perfect accounts and 1 foreclosure you are looking at a very large percentage of our society.
