Aviano Bank Owned Serrantina for Sale
The bank owned Serrantina at 21922 North 36th Street is back on the market after an offer apparently fell through. Priced at $385K, this home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, pool and a 2 car garage. It was built in 2006 by Toll Brothers and sold on 9.28.06 for $720K. It was on the market as a normal sale for 184 days in 2008 priced at $800K. The home went to trustee sale 5.24.11 and no investor or home buyer bid on it with an opening bid of $382,500.
The pictures show some nice cabinetry, gas cooktop, slab granite in the kitchen and master bath plus a pool. The home backs to Black Mountain Parkway which at some point in the future will be tied in to SR 51. When I saw it in July the pool was empty so it now has water in it. It has a stainless double oven, microwave and dishmachine with a ceramic undermount sink. Double ovens are great but that made Toll Brothers have to figure out a new location for the microwave and on some of the models it takes a contortionist to zap that hot pocket. Floorplan
