Aviano Deals of 2011
The time between Christmas and New Years is a great time to organize the information from the year that just went by like lightning. A newsletter to write, gather the tax stuff up, shred documents and review the years sales activity. While it has been quiet in Aviano for the last week, two sales stand out as what I would consider great deals for 2011.
The first is the Mirasol short sale at 23002 North 39th Terrace which sold on 8.29.11 for $437K or $123 for each of the 3563 sq ft. This home has great finishes, a fantastic location backing to a wash and a backyard setup that is deluxe in every respect. Mature trees add to the backyard appeal. Sold by Toll originally for $663K on 6.28.05, it has the in-wall vacuum system, sink in laundry room, epoxy garage floors with extra cabinets, bended railing on the stairs and plantation shutters throughout. In great condition so almost turnkey for the new owners.

Sold by Toll on 1.27.05 for $689K and resold 6.2.08 for $963K.
