The normal sale Savino at 3929 East Patrick Lane is now under contract with an AWC-I status meaning the seller is looking for backups. Last priced at $485K or $139 a sq ft. Fantastic location with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a pool.

The same for the short sale Serrantina at 3911 East Williams Drive which is now in AWC-I status. Last priced at 499,900 or $190 a sq ft. The community center is your own private health club when you live on lot #1!

All fingers crossed they can do a short sale.
