Thanks to well meaning legislators, if an investor buys a home at the trustee sale they have to honor the lease that the tenant has. If it goes back to the bank the tenant has 90 days to get out. Why the inequity? Well, we wouldn't want to be nice to those evil investors!Speaking of trustee sales, the Montoro Model at 22016 North 36th St went back to the bank yesterday. Opening bid was $380K for this home that backs to Black Mountain Blvd and nobody stepped up to buy it. 2625 sq ft, spanish colonial elevation with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage. Toll sold this home 6.29.07 for $648K.
