Aviano Homes for Lease - Actual Numbers
In the last six months there have been 16 homes in Aviano that have been leased. The lease prices have been .65 a sq ft on the low end, an average of .84 and on the high end, $1.10 a sq ft. The days on market are 4 on the low end, 40 for the average and 105 for the high end. The lease prices have ranged from $2300 to $3500 a month. There are currently 6 homes for lease in Aviano ranging in price from $2900 to $6000 a month. When I worked in the hotel business here in the Valley, all of the years revenue was made in the first 3-4 months of the year. The balance of the year was simply a slow bleed of profits or at best, a break even. So as we go into high season expect to see higher asking prices and slightly higher actual lease prices.

$5000 for a Mirador with 5123 sq ft, 5/4/4 car garage. 56 days on market.
$6000 for a Terraza with 4640 sq ft, 5/3.5/3 car garage. 23 dom.
