Aviano Homes for Sale - Back on the Market
The short sale Borrego at 22028 North 36th Terrace just went to pending status. All fingers crossed they get the sale done. Built in 2006 this home looks out to the large southern Aviano park. A contemporary elevation, it has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 3 car tandem garage. Last listed at $410K.
The very nice Mirasol short sale with bonus room at 3818 East Herrera Drive is back on the market. Priced at $500K, it has 5/3.5/pool and 3 car tandem garage. Built in 2006, it appears to have had 2 contracts fallthrough. This active status will not last long as the home has some nice upgrades. The bonus room over the lr/dr is walled off and has access by 2 doors so you can use it as a movie room. The master bedroom is not expanded.
Over in Fireside, Pulte just sold a new Chattanooga model for $540K. Located at 3786 East Zachary Road, it was bought using a conventional loan so it appraised.
Catherine Reagor at the Arizona Republic has a tough job. She has to write about the ugliness that is real estate. Simply working at the perpetually unhappy environment that is the local paper is tough enough but then covering real estate? Gotta be tough. Here is a link to her latest column. Two observations: if you think a government program is going to be your salvation, you are looking for love in all the wrong places. And the very last line pretty much sums it up for all of us: "No one really knows when the housing market will recover."
