Recently we received a 12 page real estate newspaper in the mail. Looking through it I remembered the Wendys commercial with the old lady yelling "where's the beef"? All 'articles' point the reader to FREE special reports by going to a website or calling a pre-recorded hotline, etc.
Kathy and I were solicited a few years ago for the "Aviano Lifestyle" 4 page full bleed color newsletter. Trouble is these types of things are all written someplace else and we would get little space to actually put content in. So we do our own newsletter.
