This came to mind as I am seeing these price reductions:
Normal sale Velez at 22503 North 39th Terrace now at $559K from $569K.
Normal sale Mirasol at 3819 East Daley Lane now at $575K from $599K.
Normal sale Strada at 3733 East Robin Lane now $619,900 from $624,900.
On April 30 three other homes took price reductions. The only real listing that has created frenzy recently has been the normal sale Strada at 3736 East Robin Lane. That might have had something to do with the 17,263 sq ft lot. So six price reductions in a week should be like the proverbial canary in a coal mine. The car has braked from 75 to 45. Don't know if this is a short term school zone we are going through or if we will be Sunday drivers for the balance of the year.
