The Tarragona model at 21906 North 36th Way leased for $2699 a month unfurnished. 2790 sq ft with 4/3 and a 2 car garage. It would be so much easier to just write $2700 on a check but that is just me. I used to know a work colleague that had to make every gas purchase a whole dollar amount without any cents. We all have our things.
