Pending " $153
Pendings are the oldest listings and actives are the newest.
Even a blind guy can see the trend.
Where it will stop is anyones guess but what will stop the locomotive?
Lots of new inventory, more distressed inventory, etc.
Really don't see that happening anytime soon.
