Aviano Homes for Sale - Monthly Real Estate Meeting
It's so nice when the trick or treaters call me Mr. Ingersoll. It only makes me feel around 150 years old. But good manners on those kids to be sure.
Just spent $420 for the priviledge of being a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors and a member of the National Association of Realtors for a year. If I did not pay this I would not be allowed to be a Realtor. Very mixed feelings on this.
See you Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM at the Aviano community center for the monthly real estate meeting. Free, casual, comfy chairs and lasts only as long as you have questions. Bring your laptop as there is free wifi and we will surf any neighborhood your heart desires.
There may have been only one sale in Aviano in October. Still checking but what a slow down. The short sale Mirasol at 22012 North 36th Way just went to pending status so they will hopefully close sooner rather than later. There are currently 10 Aviano homes that are AWC and 10 that are in pending status. 6 are listed as active with no contracts.
Over in the Villages at Aviano there were two sales. A corporate relo Piatto model in building 15 was just sold for $187,500 cash. Sold originally by Toll on 6.18.07 for $399K. Over in new building 18, a new Arrezo model just sold for $288,995.
