Casita with bathroom. From the pictures it looks like the home has been well upgraded on the inside and there has been some plants added to the backyard.

The short sale Blanca with a basement at 3818 East Patrick Lane is now under contract with multiple offers received. The price was also dropped to $600K. This home has a basement, great floors and beautiful backyard. All fingers crossed they get the sale done.The new monthly report from the folks at ARMLS paints a picture of a holding pattern esentially. There are some nuggets of good news to be sure. The last paragraph pretty much sums it up; job growth is key. If Phoenix lost 220K jobs since 2007, added 31,300 from August of '10 to August of '11 you do the math. 'Gonna be a long time' is the readers digest version for the Valley as a whole but all real estate is local so here in Aviano the recovery will begin sooner due to the demand.
