Aviano Homes for Sale - New Listing!
I asked Mr. Peabody and his boy Sherman to transport me back to the last home sale of a million dollars in Aviano. They took me to 2.27.07 and the San Felice with a basement at 3946 East Patrick Lane. A new listing in Aviano prompted this stroll down memory lane; the model Terraza at 3920 East Williams Drive is new to the market priced at $999,999. No basement but it does have 4640 sq ft with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, pool, spa and split 3 car garage. Just a few doors down from the Mirador model at 3932 East Williams Drive priced at $1,595,000 on the market for 515 days. Built in 2004, the Terraza has a great backyard layout and pool/spa thing as all the models were given the De Luxe touches. Paver driveway. The entire Williams Drive was all pavers at one time but the City of Phoenix will not maintain a street made of pavers so Toll had to tear it out and lay asphalt. The Terraza is also available for lease at $6,000 a month furnished.
A cursory MLS check of the number of units sold in the Villages this year shows 13. This is just new builds. For perspective, Toscana had 8 and Bella Monte had 3. But keep in mind most new build properties do not go into mls. Tax records would need to be combed through to get an accurate number.
6 units in the Villages had the MLS listing change from for sale to for lease. Four were in building 18 and 2 were in building 28, the model building. I believe the Cerreto model in building 28 was where those delicious cookies were baked.
