Hard to believe school starts Tuesday; another summer in the books with good health and good memories. Also hard to believe we have lived in this beautiful community for 9 years.


What is not beautiful is the number of price reductions, market corrections, expectation realignments et al. Whatever you want to call it to deal with normal inventory levels and non normal levels of buyers.


The Sovanna model in building 18 - unit 1242 - only one per building took its 19th price adjustment and is now priced at $400K. So all the folks who have the auto email function set up get to see this listing. Here is the breakdown:

Going from $535K to $495,900 is the bank owned Brezza model at 3976 East Robin Lane


The really nice pre foreclosure Blanca model at 3810 East Herrera Drive reduced price to $700K. They need to get this home under contract to freeze the foreclosure process.
