Neighbor Sam sent this article from NBC News entitled "Sales of pre-owned homes soar to three-year high". Higher interest rates will lower the buying power of some but in general homes will continue to sell. Rates were greater than 15% in the early '80's and folks still bought homes. I know my folks did.
