Back on the market is the Terraza model at 3920 East Williams Drive priced at $988K or $213 for each of the 4640 sq ft. If your interested in that model you may want to check out the Terraza model at 3683 East Louise Drive priced at $780K or $168 a sq ft. Neighbor Sam sent this article from NBC News entitled "Sales of pre-owned homes soar to three-year high". Higher interest rates will lower the buying power of some but in general homes will continue to sell. Rates were greater than 15% in the early '80's and folks still bought homes. I know my folks did. Thanks Sam.
