The short sale Fiore model in the Villages - unit 1114 in building 9 - is now back to active after a contract fell through. New list price is $237K and the listing says it is a bank approved price. Built 2006 with 1276 sq ft, 3 floors, 2/2.5 and a 2 car garage. This happens a lot with short sales that have a very low list price - this was listed at $209,900. A contract is accepted for that low list price and months later the bank comes back and says we will sell it for $30K more than the original list price. Original buyer is unwilling to come to that new price and the offer falls apart. I have no idea if that is what happened here - just a scenario that I have seen many times.
