Bank owned Savino at 3956 East Parkside Lane priced at $419,900. The listing says multiple offers recieved but that was before they lowered the price by $20K. Time will tell on this home that needs a kitchen. There is a legal term called "wasting" that lenders and banks can use to go after homeowners that do bad things to homes before they leave. It will be interesting to see where this one lands up. Backs to Cashman, sides to 39th Way right across the street from Wildfire Elementary.
Essentially a normal sale but listed as "corporate relocation", the Strada model at 22608 North 39th Run is listed for $600K. On the market for 160 days.
Normal sale Blanca model at 22120 North 36th Way priced at $630K. Days on market is 151.
Normal sale San Mateo with basement at 3514 East Tracker Trail listed for sale at $669K. 75 days on market.

What kind of business model is it where you have an unknown outcome, unknown length of time to get to that unknown outcome and an unknown compensation assuming there is an outcome? Not the greatest business model unless you throw 20 at the wall and hope half stick.
