You could build another La Verna in the backyard and have space to spare. A short sale with multiple offers; 2 of the offers fell through before the third one stuck. Conventional loan. Those of you itching to get into real estate sales where you get money for nothing and your chicks for free....wait that's rock and roll....you know what I mean....will find this sobering.
