The kids took some interesting classes in the June summer school session at Paradise valley School District. One class was called "grossology" and had Jason fully engaged. It's cool that they are teaching stuff that is both educational and keeps interest levels high. There is educational content to this Animal Scat Identification Chart. Now when we are walking to school we can tell who was hanging around the neighborhood the previous evening! I love living in Arizona.

And from Desert Ridge Lifestyles magazine comes everything you ever wanted to know about monsoons. All I know for sure is that the pool water is nice and warm during our monsoon friend. Those people swimming in October and March? Tourists! Click HERE for the article.

And from the City Sun Times comes this article: "New Luxury Apartment Complex Breaks Ground in North Phoenix". So just south of a new luxury apartment complex - Elan - comes more luxury apartments. Looks like we will be growing density in the next couple of years. Wonder when 56th St will be completed to Pinnacle Peak Road?

And from the fine folks at Arizona Multiple Listing Service comes the monthly "Rent Check" report. Look at the right hand side - amazing how the folks that lost their homes and Millenials who can't get a grip on life have swelled the number of average units leased per month. While May, June, July and August are strong, it appears all months have excellent activity. This won't change anytime soon. Click HERE to see it.
