That home for $669K is a San Mateo with a basement that is well upgraded. My opinion on power lines is that unless you are 20 feet away from them, they are not a safety issue. Just my opinion. Also, the mobile home community that is next to Aviano is age restricted. The only sirens you will likely hear is when a resident expires and they are taking them away.
